This store has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I went to the store to pick up a new Verizon Fios cable box, which should have been a simple process, but Verizon Fios messed up my order. The employees at this store where extremely patient in trying to help me work out the issues. They even got on the phone with the Verizon call center to try and have the issue fixed immediately. I am so pleased with their service and thank them all for being so helpful and patient.

Sales consultant, Michael Metzger was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on everything i had asked about. I will continue to visit this location for help going forward. He was also very friendly and professional.
