The office staff has trouble returning calls. It took several weeks and a three way call with our insurance company before they admitted that they accept our insurance. Then several more weeks of delays while they "called" our doctor to confirm the prescription that I had to send them twice. We still don't have an appointment, we normally might go somewhere else but Carlascio is the only office we can get to without a car. I gave two stars under the assumption that the service will be good when we do get it. I will edit this after we get seen.
