Really reliable. I remember her taking hours to do work like fillings and root-canals, that other dentists spend a fraction of the time to do. It wasnt because she was slow, she was meticulous. In fact, Ive since moved to another state, and my new dentists always comment on how well her root-canals look.
And in an emergency, shes wonderful. I was in dire pain one Sunday and she made time to see me briefly, and never let me go home in pain.
After going to her, she became my family doctor, doing great work for my father.
Lastly, I never thought I could afford a midtown Manhattan dentist but she always worked with me. I was never sent away when I couldnt pay and she refunded me for work I paid for but couldnt get done (being out of state). I forgot I even paid in advance and she tracked me down to pay me back.
Go to her if you want a long term, reliable family dentist. She wont let you down.
