Carl Carbone Plumbing & Heating

I have been a loyal customer of Carl Carbone Plumbing for at least thirty years! I have a two-family home with individual furnace/hot water units. Carbone Plumbing has replaced water heaters, did furnace maintenance, refurbished bathrooms, replaced/repaired faucets, installed new sinks.....you name it! Carbone's people arrive when promised and their rates are extremely reasonable. To illustrate the trustworthiness of Carl Carbone Plumbing....'Had a pump at the back of one of the furnaces go (made a horrible noise when it developed a barring issue) the pump and installation ran about $300.00. Figuring the tenant's furnace pump would do the same thing eventually, I indicated I wanted to replace that pump too. Carl recommended leaving the other pump in place (demonstrating how to keep the thing lubricated to my son) explaining it is difficult to predict if the other pump would ever even develop the same issue. It did.....fifteen years later!

My waterheater broke on Sunday night. (Thank God I caught it fast & was able to shut the water/gas off to the heater before I got flooded). I called & left a message on their voicemail almost midnight that night. They called me at 7:30am the next day. By 9 they were at my home, installing a new waterheater & by 11:45am I was up and running! I'm so grateful. And not to forget, the two gentlemen who helped me were "very professional & polite"!
