I'm calling.... a machine says it's closed and proceeds to say the hours. 8am-12am. It's 10pm! What's up!

Just had the SANCOCHO(?) A wonderful Latin-Caribbean stew of beef and large chunks of corn on the cob and a hearty broth. VERY much enjoyed it! I finished off my meal with some plantain and shot of Tequila! (ps you guys need to get MEXICAN tequila!)

The food is really good but the problem is they 20 minutes to take your order, the lady that do the cashier job I don't know what's going on with her but everytime I call and she pick up my call she says "dame un momento" and by the time pass I gotta call again and she does the same like are you serious it's a bad customer service that you guys offering get more people to work can't be wasting my time on the phone for 10-15 minutes everytime I call I'm so disappointed

Why do they give you soooo much freakin RICE with your meal????
They give little meat and tons of rice!!! I noticed a lot of Dominican restaurants do this. Lots of rice less meat.
The chicken is always dry. But i will say a few of the ladies look damn good..sexy.
