Not enough staffing and very poor management, I actually had a male nurse give me the wrong medicine and when I told the nursing supervisor he denied doing it. They said he would be reprimanded but that following Saturday he was working again but I them he better not step foot in my room.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE.. MY MOTHER SUSTAINED INJURIES (LARGE HEMATOMA) DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE AND I WAS NOT EVEN TOLD ABOUT IT. UNTIL I VISITED HER ONLY THEN DID I NOTICE IT . SHE WAS ADMITTED TO THE HOSPITAL ONLY TO PASS AWAY A WEEK LATER FROM COMPLICATIONS DUE TO THIS INJURY. WHATEVER YOU DO STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONES...

This place is a nightmare! My mother was there for about 3 weeks and she had glasses stolen, 3 falls and they missed giving her chemo medication for over a week. The day I went to take her home (a week early because I couldn't bare keeping her there) I found her blood pressure med on the floor by her bed! Truly, truly a sad place. I feel sorry for those that do not have family to advocate for them. Please avoid this place!

POOR QUALITY CARE !!! RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE... I SIGNED MY MOM OUT AFTER A COUPLE OF DAYS.. THE STAFF IS RUDE AND A UNIT SECRETARY HAD THE AUDACITY TO DISCUSS MY MOM'S MEDICAL HISTORY WITH ME???!!! WHAT'S UP W/THAT?? SHE IS NOTHING BUT A CLERICAL WORKER!!
THE NURSE WAS THERE AND DID NOT CORRECT HER EITHER!! WHEN I ASKED THE CLERICAL WORKER WHAT WAS HER CREDENTIALS...I GOT TOLD OFF!!
IF YOU LOVE THE PATIENT....IF U CARE ABOUT THE PATIENT....STAY AWAY FROM HERE.....GO TO PROSPECT HEIGHTS HACKENSACK
