We toured many places looking for Assisted Living for my mom who is moderate stage Alzheimer's. From the moment we walked into CareOne at the Cupola, I just knew this was the place. The facility is immaculate, bright and welcoming. Everyone there is SO nice and helpful. It was the first place my mom actually said she'd like to live. The Assistant Administrator, Christina, is wonderful! She made my mom feel so comfortable and welcomed. The nurses, Ann Marie and Nancy, are so kind and treat my mom with such dignity and respect. Alzheimer's is a terrible disease, but we sleep much better at night knowing my mom is happy, safe and secure.

My mother was here for rehab after coming of a ventilator.
The staff took excellent care of my mother and even though I could not visit my mom all the time I slept well knowing they took care of her like she was their mom.
The place is clean and the staff friendly . If you Can have your parents here do it .
I'm a physician myself and I recommend this place highly .

The WORST facility, we thought that Maywood (Rehab) Nursing facility was the worst, this is almost as bad. The nurses come maybe once a day to see you. If you call for a nurse, they take an average of 30 minutes to get to you.They serve Ham and Maple Syrup to a DIABIETIC for lunch. The Gym smells and is not clean at all. Do not send a loved one to this facility. I have left 2 messages for the director who never called me back....
