Carefree Bus Services

My family chartered a bus for an Atlantic City Bus Ride on Nov. 5th with Carefree bus company in Clifton, NJ. We established the contract with them 2 months prior. Less than 24 hours before the bus ride someone called from carefree to inform us that there were several buses with mechanical problems and our departure would be delayed by three hours. To make matters worse the bus driver was late for the newly scheduled departure time. The bus was dirty, and we couldnt use the overhead compartments because they were filled with the items from the other occupants. We were later told that the bus company overbooks on saturdays and that they typically will leave groups waiting. All around it was a bad trip! Please DO NOT use this bus company! They are unprofessional, and inconsiderate. Instead of "CareFree" bus company they should be called "CareLess" bus company. Be Aware
