taking way too long to get a part in, it is summer. is the part coming from japan? why if they are authorized installers of Mitsubishi mini splits do they not have the necessary parts to service them? elderly people who are ill have an increased tendency to have complications from heat. Get on it people, start acting like a reputable business. 11 days is way too long to be without a/c. So very disappointed that no extra effort is being put forth.

I could not have been less satisfied. I have a NY Thermal condensing boiler in need of routine maintenance. It is a brand they claim to regularly service and to be expert at. Carefree missed our first appointment, was late for the second, then,with the correct model and serial number, arrived with the wrong parts for a the maintenance call. After returning with the correct parts, two weeks later, they did the maintenance service. After that service I lost my hot water. For the "emergency" no hot water call,they sent a younger technician who was not able to properly fix the problem. I spoke to Jeremy several times that night. He told me only he or Ray could properly evaluate my system. Neither came that night, and neither ever came, or even returned one of my many calls to them.They simply never came back, and never replied to over a half dozen calls.

We have been a customer of Carefree Air since 2003. Buying the Mr Slim dual air conditioning and heating system was a smart decision for this household. Over the years we have found the service to be prompt and courteous. When a problem could not be solved in one visit they kept in contact and finished the job in a timely manner. I highly recommend you use this company if you are planning to purchase the Mr. Slim or any other household system.
