I go to his store so he can fix my shoes, not to judge his personality. But he seems like a nice guy, & he did my heels just how i wanted & met all my expectarions. Just make sure you dont loose your receipt, because thats how he stays organized. He will have trouble finding your pair of shoes if you dont have your receipt.
