Excellent service , good (very authentic) Peruvian food. Best in town. Best known for their rotisserie chicken.

It's a nice place and for the majority of the time to food is great, however I always seem to have horrible luck with their salads.

Def. one of the best places in the area. Every time I go there the food is fresh, the taste is typical peruvian cuisine. El ceviche de pescado es mi favorito. "Fish Ceviche" is my favorite! I work with many realtors in the area and they always mention "el carbonazo " as their favorite place.

Carbonazo is dif one of the better Peruvian restaurants in the area Hands down. No need to drive to Patterson or Passic anymore. There chicken is very tasty and moist and they use actual Charcoal which gives the rotisserie an authentic taste. The place does get pack for a reason.
