Beware of car tone auto colision. These 2 brothers are dishonest and do horrible work. They put in a rackingpairing in my car and it was bad went back to them and they put another one in that was also bad. After the third one it still was bad, when I confronted them they told me it was ok and I disagreed with them, they told me too take it too another machanic shop and if they say it's bad they would replace it for me again so I did. The other shop said the rack was shedding metal into my power steering pump, now not only did I need a too replace the rack now I need a new power steering pump.when I went back too them in they didn't want too help me anymore and I had too go somewhere else too have it fixed. This headache I been going on since 2009. I took them too court in 2013 and they never appeared in court. I now have a gudgement out against them and been chasing them since. I had too report them to Albany where they suspended their business license., now they hire a bootleg lawer to try to help them. They at the time was car tone collision. Then they moved and changed their name too car tone auto colision thinking they could escape the law suit, I'm sure I'm not the only one suing theese thieves. Avoid this bogus body shop with all cost, save yourself a headache, you will be sorry if you take your car too them.
