Car Glass LLC

My experience with them PLS. STAYAWAY!!! from this company, CHEAP PRICE & CHEAP MATERIAL. they use inferior glass on your vehicle that is 1/8 thick (8 papers thick). which will easily crack in the cold winter season, they did not honor their lifetime warranty against stress cracks even within just 2 weeks of installation...Please be smart always read/believe negatives reviews they are actual customer experiences...GLG

About 3 weeks ago a rock shot up from a truck on the turnpike and chipped my windshield. Kind of sounded like a bullet and scared me half to death lol. The next morning the chip was out over 8 inches. I drive a 2012 Acura MDX so I knew the cost of replacement would be very expensive. After calling my insurance company and finding out my deductible would apply :(, I proceeded to visit Open Road Acura in Wayne, NJ. Turns out the cost to have it replaced there would be just over my $500 deductible. :( :( ...

A friend of mine at work recommended Matthew at Car Glass LLC after having her 2011 MB E Class windshield replaced the week before. I was skeptical because usually I only get service at the dealer and was unsure if this would cause a conflict with my warranty.

I proceeded to call Matthew and he made me feel so comfortable and at ease about the process. Not only would the cost of replacement and installation be much less than the dealer wanted, it would also be the exact same windshield made for Acura just without the "Acura" label on it. He also included free mobile service to my work in East Hanover so I didn't have to take off work & included a written lifetime warranty.

Only after he completed the installation did I find out that Car Glass is the Preferred Installer for DCH Acura in Verona, NJ and many other dealers. To be honest I was very surprised at how quickly the the whole process took (30 min) and how Clean my MDX was when they finished... as if they vacuumed the carpets lol. My inspection sticker, ez-pass, parking pass & service sticker were all in the same place as if the windshield was never replaced. I couldn't be Happier :) :) :) Saved $$$$ and received Prestigious Service!!! Thanks Matt...
