From the initial quote to final delivery of my vehicle, my experience with Car Carrier Direct was excellent. The communication was excellent and Lisa followed up several times during the transport process. The driver was very professional and knowledgeable and even though he was a day late, I didn't mind because the vehicle arrived in the same condition it left.
Overall, I would not hesitate in using Car Carrier Direct for any future transports.

Thanks so much Car Carrier Direct. I've moved several times back and forth between New Jersey and Florida. This was a very smooth transaction and the carrier assigned was fantastic. He came right to my complex and we met at a grocery store here in New Jersey. It couldn't have been simpler. I've tried other companies, they all under-quoted and my car never got picked up, or they would jack up the price at the last minute. With Car Carrier Direct, the representative showed me what would be paid to the carrier, why it would be picked up quickly, and he also managed to save me about $75 on broker fees -not to mention car rental costs.
