OMG OMG OMG, worse experience i can ever imagine. Guys never ever in ur life call this place or even drive there. This place is a scam. I can write a whole poem about it, but it still wouldn't describe how shitty this place is. Cars are a junk, people are rude and helpless. They always play those dirty games with prices and hidden fees. Dont trust them!

Most wonderful and easiest experience buying a car I have ever had. Everything was completed within an hour. I would recommend them to everyone interested in purchasing. They made me feel comfortable and were very friendly even with my credit issues.

Mar2014 -- Called the day before and checked on 2 cars. Prices confirmed and took the day off to go visit their lot. Cars were okay but prices were that "bait/switch" -- but they said it is all clearly explained and stated on their website.... Not. MDX price online was $8999. Actual Purchase price was $20k Pacifica price online was $8499, actual purchase price was $14k. difference, explained by sales person, is the bank foreclosure fees/outstanding monies owed.
Anyway, decent cars but prices are no where near advertised... not sure why NYS allows these type of dealers to stay in business... CLEAR marking of pricing and footnotes to show "actual" prices are expected by law ... but These guys do not follow that..... Don't go here unless you want to get a nice car, FINANCE it thru them... and pay a lot more in hidden fees than you really should..... Good Luck!

I am looking for a car to replace one we were reimbursed for by insurance. I did a search and found a 2006 BMW X3i from Auto Approval Center in Brooklyn, NY.
I called them at 5 PM on 1/22/14 and spoke to Nina, confirming the availability and price. She asked when I would be coming in and I told her I would be there the following day, with cash to purchase it if all was good. She took my name and number and said they were looking forward to seeing me.
The morning of 1/23 I entered the lot and made contact with a salesperson. He brought us to the car and started it. I immediately noticed the required NY State notice which stated "as is-no warranty", which I expected with 112k miles. Then I noticed the sale price was $18,899. I asked if this was the correct vehicle, since the advertised price was $6,999. He said the lower price was teh "finance price", but if I was paying cash they could get the sale price down to $14,000 for me.
First, I called to verify the price. Second, I can only imagine what kind of financing this would have been. Incredible interest rates and no prepayment. Lastly, the KBB retail, as well as comps on your service indicate the range for this vehicle, with similar mileage ranges from $6,000 to $11,000.
Their practice is wholly misleading and I wasted, not only the 4 hours to do this, but over $45 in fuel and tolls getting to them. I don't usually make noise over things, but I will be putting this review on every car buying site I can find to warn unsuspecting people about the deception of this dealer.
