I would not know if they are a good roofing company to use or not as I had an appointment with them and waited home.... no show and NO CALL!! I called to see if they were running late and I was told by Laurel the woman who was in the office that they were NOT coming due to it lightly raining out. She informed me they don't come out in the rain. I was scheduled for an estimate not work. We have a leak in out roof and waited 2 days for this appointment! My husband and I were up on the roof last night when it was raining to tarp and mitigate damage. I think I should have received a call preferably the day before that if it was raining they would not come or at least that morning. My time is valuable as well and someone should have called me! UNACCEPTABLE!
