I love Capital One, but in this particular branch, something that can take 5 or 10 minutes will take you about a half an hour without exagerating.

This branch on 59th and on 32 have the worst service ever..its only one person for like 100 customers.looks like they dont have money to hire more people. Really really poor service for a bank. Invest some money on emplyees!!

It does not explain thing properly and when you get a debit card it does not work i highly recomend you stay away from this bank and go else where!
