The ATM needs to be replaced IMMEDIATELY. It says clearly on the slot that up to 10 checks can be deposited at once, but it NEVER actually works. So if I have 10 checks, I have to repeatedly feed the checks into the slot one or two at a time. That is a WASTE of time. The last time I went, the ATM even said on-screen that it was unable to accept deposits, so I wasted the trip altogether.

This must be the worst capital one branch I have ever been to, they are not helpful what so ever, my question is who runs this branch? They never have enough people on the floor to help, the wait is usually too long to the point I have to take my banking to another branch. So thru with Capital One if its not one thing it's another. Sometimes this happens at the Tottenville Branch as well but more so at this branch then the other one. Geez can ya get it together?

I got to the bank at 4:59 pm. Door was already locked, someone from behind the door asked me what I want. I said that I just opened a 360 account, I want to make a deposit and I don't have the bank card yet. The lady then said to use the atm for deposits. At that point I just left. I can't deal with stupidity. Maybe I'll open an account with another bank.

Next on line to make a transaction with the teller. as the teller wave me to her window, a lady comes into the branch and walks straight to the same teller. I would have thought the teller would have told the lady there's people on line that were there before her?? No!! they strike up a loud conversation about her vacation and how she look! A manager got up from behind her desk and joined the conversation! The whole time the teller is glancing over at me. Finally the lady asked about her account and the teller slide her a slip! At that point I left the line and used the slow ATM.
Never going there again!!!

I was patiently helped by Kaity. After much frustrations with other banks, including CitiBank who was draining our small nonprofit organization's checking account with high monthly fees, and Chase who wanted reports and detailed documentation after which we never got a response, Capital One Bank pulled through for us. No monthly fees. All kinds of user-friendly online transaction and apps at no extra charge. Prompt customer service. I think I can actually love this bank!!!
