I just went to the bank and there was only like 4 people working in there, two customers and they told me to wait...Ok thats. Not a problem but to look at them chatting... Really????

Employees in most branches are friendly (except for Kingshighway E. 13th, Brooklyn) and take good care of my banking needs. Unfortunately, there are not enough locations so I often get hit w/ an ATM charges from other banks to get my money. Need to open more locations near hospitals; where most of us healthcare workeres need banks near our place of employment.
