OK, customer service somewhat slow - for NYC FiDi one would expect more efficiency.
The two ATMs are outside. Sometimes both of them are out of service.

Slowest service in the world....no customers and it took 35 mins to do one deposit

Horrible service. I had to go to this branch 3 times just to fix my account that THEY screwed up. I was fed up with them so my last visit was to close my account. Waited over 45mins to do so and there was only one customer in front of me. bunch of lazy fat workers.

I find the tellers and bank officers to be barely passing in terms of customer service. They seem like their main concerns are to finish their work day. The branch on 23rd near 6th ave is very good in contrast
