- Terrible #15000

I have had the worst experience with this branch recently. I came to deposit a check, and a few days later notice the funds haven't cleared. After calling customer service, they inform me that the teller deposited my check into a different customers account. Now i have to waste my time going back to that branch to resolve the issue. Terrible, Terrible and even more terrible. Maybe they should check the customers name before processing a transaction?
