This is the worst bank I have ever been to had to pay a bill for my mother it took me 1 hour an a half do not go here

Your call is being transferred , transferring to an attendant, please wait on the line,
you have been transferred ,you have been forwarded to a voice mail service however the person at 0 does not subscribe to that service okay so no one answers the phone the voice mail is a run around so frustrating No wonder it was once green point then north folk and now capitol one .....GET IT TOGETHER!
