Yesterday, I went to this branch to open an account, staffs are so irresponsible and unfriendly. There were no other customer but they seems do not want to answer my question. One of the staff, Larisa just want to get ride of me and just talk with the other staffs. If it is hard for them to work, why they come to work. It seems they really do not work. Customers are not important for them.
