First visit.. change of address..
need a proof of address.. I went to another bank and they helped me with no problem.
Second visit.. renewal of credit card.
my credit card was expired I wanted request a new credit card.
a lady told me that I have to call them.

Terrible bank, they dont tell you about fees when you open an account and when you try to close your account its another headache. If you see a woman there named Irina Levina stay away from her.
