Everytime I go here there is always a long line. Customers are complaining already. Went there last Monday and customers in line were more than 6. solution?!!! don't stick to one teller!

This is the only bank in Central Ave., Jersey city that does not provide handicap or stroller access!.
Access ramps are not just useful for those in wheelchairs, but they can also helpful for mothers with strollers and people who use walkers. All government buildings and offices are now wheelchair accessible, as are most public shopping centers and medical buildings.
It seems surprising that a such a big bank does not care for those who don't have the ability to walk into a building the same way everyone else does.
