This review is based on capital one credit procedures and policies, if your a victim of fraud and request updates and prosecution of individuals involved, capital one credit does not assign an investigator for two weeks, will not call you with updates and expects you the customer to not be further concerned. Capital one reserves the right to withhold information. Regarding those parties and is frivolous in not aggressively seeking out those who aggressively committed the act. I canceled my account. Thnx for unwittingly Alec Baldwin for influencing me to open an account through broadcast commercials.
