- Poor #90198

First time I have been treated poorly at a capital one bank. The atm was down, which is fine that happens. However, when I got to the teller she gave me attitude and all a said was that I was making a withdrawal. There is no excuse for that. I do all my banking at capital one and have my credit card there. I was very displeased with my experience at this location.
