The branch on broadway in brooklyn, has some CS people that base their sucsess on how rude they are. There is no branch manager...and the results are obvious.

Out of all the Capital One Banks that I have been to, this one is the best one. The tellers there are very polite and the bankers are very experienced. They have answers to any questions you might have. Going to this branch makes me feel like I am at a real bank. All banks should be like this.
