If you start to not feel like yourself go to the doctor. These guys are CRIMINALS! Put a camera in your apartment. These are some sick individuals. Young women be careful, their workers are creeps and perverts.

- You will see that most of their tenants are extremely unhappy living in their buildings and/or settling for their sub-par living conditions
-You will get a crappy apartment
-You will be ignored if you have an issue with your apartment
-You will have little heat in the winter
-You will experience their terrible attitudes, as they hate to speak with their own tenants
-You will try to leave and they will bad mouth you to potential landlords
-You will live among the most inconsiderate trashy people that society has to offer

Rent at your own risk. They have low budget dormitory- like apartments that are clearly over priced. Their buildings are for people who need to get out of a desperate situation. They have tenants in their buildings that harass people, and they don't do anything about it. They will continuously rent out an apartment that has high turn over next to tenants that are chronic troublemakers. Capani management are a bunch of low life garbage. Go to their office, every last one on them is a no morals having piece of crap. Overall the prices are going up in Brooklyn, and the white people here in Brooklyn are doing VERY SHADY things to get black people out of their apartments, from fires, to going into your apartment when you are not home, etc.... They hire creep blacks to do their bad deeds to other black people. If you live on a floor above the 1st floor and you see someone "cleaning" the windows, or "running wire" they are more than likely sizing up a way to get into your apartment. BE CAREFUL. These whites here in Brooklyn are sick and disgusting.

Disgusting, rented from them. Their building on 77 Linden Blvd is home to drug dealers and some of the most disgusting, dirty and loud people I've encountered. It's a pain to get in contact with them and they are pretty arrogant and unhelpful. STAY AWAY !
