This was my first opportunity to use the Ridgefield Park service center. I am a CPS member and needed my 70-200mm lens looked at in a hurry. The tripod collar would not come off and the lens barrel was becoming loose. I needed this lens in a hurry because I am shooting the Big East Basketball Tournament in two days and this is my prime basketball lens.
I was in and out under 30 minutes with my lens fixed at No Charge. Carlos did a fantastic job.
