Wallace Cruz is the service manager... he was super helpful, is a parent, so helped me think through all of the options and needs that I would need to consider for my activities with the kids. He spent over an hour with me - explaining mountain bikes, hybrid, and road bikes and even walked me through the differences between tire treads, etc. He then explained guys bikes to my husband, and then walked us through the differences in T---- bike hitches for our family of 5. There were 3 gentleman in the store - all of them were friendly, patient, knowledgeable...I have an appointment to test out a few bikes after they get some more in the store next week. I never felt rushed or bullied into buying anything. Each one of the employees wanted the best fit for me and wouldn't sell me just anything...Additionally, the bathroom was clean, and there was a waiting area for my 7 year old. I HIGHLY recommend this store.
