Canine Styles Downtown - MOVED

I had the WORST experience at Canine Styles on Greenwich Ave. and you couldn’t pay me to give them my business. I was crystal clear about the grooming appointment I wanted but was booked for something different. Now, I can understand a miscommunication can happen, but, as I was explaining the issue to the owner, he was shockingly rude and hung up on me after realizing he made a mistake…which I had booked 2 weeks in advance. If that’s how they treat paying customers I don’t want to think about how they would treat my dog. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Towne House Grooming on 8th Ave and 24th couldn’t have been more lovely and took my appointment right away. They do a fantastic job!!!
