Back in August 2010, I had a COURT ORDER indicating that I have visitation with my then two 3 year old sons on Saturday and Sunday. I show up to pick them up on Sunday morning, and my ex-wife, who was born in Russia, refuses to let them go with me. I called the CG Police and request assistance. As you can see, I utilized the court system and called the police to assist as good law abiding citizens do. The CG Police respond and say "Visitation is Civil, not Criminal, we don't enforce a Judges' order." Nice, a Russian has more power than an American Citizen and nobody in the court or police, who I supported through taxes my whole life, was available to help. The Police leave, I drive around the block as if I'm leaving, and wait for her to take them to the park. She drives away with my sons and I pursue. My goal was to get them in my possession when they were at the park and visit my children. Once in my possession with my court order, she wouldn't be able to do anything. Unfortunately, she recognized me in the mirror and called police. I finally say hello to them when they are stopped at a light, but quickly arrested. I'm charged with harassment. Now the "Only in New Jersey Part", my case should have been held in Essex County Court in Newark, but the venue suddenly changes back to Cedar Grove Municipal. Why?, because how stupid would a Judge look if he were to rule in the Russian's favor while I had a visitation order signed by the Essex County Courts. Prosecutor Robert Candido refuses to throw the case out despite the obvious legal cluster &%$#!. I accept a fourth degree petty charge just to be done with it and the papers pick the story up and splash it everywhere. Now I'm Unemployable! THANK ROBERT CANDIDO FOR PROTECTING A RUSSIAN OVER AN AMERICAN!
