This is to review the stereo installer who worked out of this location by the name JT.
Well, over the last few years JT installed 2 car alarms and a stereo for me. He always got paid cash (that's the only way he will get paid) and every time I left him a tip. Problem started with the last alarm he installed in my truck. I went ahead and bought top of the line Viper alarm with remote starting etc. After few month, the remote start function stopped working. It was obvious to me that one of the wires was loose since the problem wasn't consistent . I brought the truck 3 times back and he always did the same thing. "I can't find no problem". Today, not only the remote start won't work, it would trigger the alarm. I'm wasting my time and energy to bring him the truck and the guy wouldn't do a thing to fix it. I can look over the dirt and oily floor (which unfortunately will end up in you car).
You know what? take the whole freaking alarm off and put it back together. You got paid and you got tipped. Don't tell me to go somewhere more professional. Stand behind your work. Respect yourself. Today you lost a repeat customer, and all the customers you could have gotten if you where taking responsibility for your work.
Bottom line, you get what you pay for. and you don't get much with this guy. Very disappointing!
