I needed tubular acrylic risers made with the ends capped off. I asked for a price quote. This was their response:
"hi zcchary
good morning

3-1/4 " diameter tube , cemented bottom
2" tall $ 15.00 each
4 " tall $ 18.00 each
6 " tall $ 22.00 each
pls let me know

So they can 'cement the bottom'. Great! When I asked for samples of their work, their response was:

When I asked if they could send me something similar to what I was asking their response was:

So I'm just supposed to hope that whatever a 'cemented bottom' looks like is what I actually want. I was just really surprised at the lack of customer service. No thank you. T&T Plastic Land was much more helpful.
