Camptown Bus Lines Inc

My mother and Sister-in-Law brought tickets for the Camptown Busline that leaves from 187 Elmora Avenue in Elizabeth, NJ for a trip to the Sands Casino in PA this morning (4/16/17). When the bus arrived at 9:45, they walked up to the bus. The driver came down the steps, blocked them and told them that there was no room. Mind you, Mom said the bus was not even half full. She went into the business across from the stop and was told that the ticket was non-refundable and that they could use it in the future. The business also called the Camptown Busline and reported this incident, he also said that it happened before. I think that this is terrible and I would not recommend this company. Thank you!
