Camping Station

Beware! Ordered a several hundred dollar item via sears marketplace - after a week the item never updated. I've sent multiple emails to camping station - no response. I've called their "customer service" number and its basically an outside company who only accepts orders. They promised to forward on the message, but I've left multiple messages now and no one ever calls back. There is NO way to get in contact with these people, they do not respond to emails, and they never ship your product! Though this is probably a blessing in disguise as if they won't respond now, I'd hate to deal with them if I received my order and there was a problem with it. Sears has sent them emails requesting updates with no response either. Scam!!! I'm finally having to go through sears to get my money back and will be opening a dispute with my credit card company. Nightmare!!!
