I used to consider the horror story I heard about this store were just local tales. However after being a loyal customer for a while I made the mistake of going to the store a couple of times having audacity of not making a purchase. While I declined her latest suggestion because it was not what I wanted the owner told me to stop trying things on after claiming "I know what's going on here!!" She ordered me to get dressed, to leave, and to never return. I gladly followed her last suggestion.

I have never in my life had an experience like the one I had when I made the mistake of entering this store. It's not that it doesn't have nice dresses. It does. But they are not worth the abuse you have to take in order to buy them. The owner is clearly in need of some heavy duty medication. I went in to look at jewelry to go with an unusual gown I had bought elsewhere. I described it to her and she picked out earrings for me. When I told her they wouldn't really go with my dress (that she never saw) she proceeded to snipe at me that she knows better than I do what will look good and told me how many years she'd been in the business. Then she closed up the case and turned her back on me. When I looked in another accessory case, she sent her assistant to watch over my shoulder as if I was going to steal something. I couldn't believe I was actually being treated this way. I was waiting for someone to yell "Smile, you're on Candid Camera," but I wasn't that lucky. I shook my head and walked out of the store in a daze. Everyone I know who has entered this store since has a horror story about the crazy owner. How she stays in business is a complete mystery to me.

The owner of this establishment should not be in retail she should be in therapy. She yells at you if you do not make a purchase, moans under her breadth about other customers when you are in the store, and gets upset if you don't take enough time in her estimation to sort through her merchandise. If you like to be treated like a 5 year old this is the store for you! So many other wonderful stores in the area to frequent with pleasant/normal salespeople.

horrible experience! never go in there! i tried on two dress and loved on and wanted to wait and come back the next day with my mom. she called me dishonest and wasting her time. i will never go back again! never shop there!

This middle aged, washed up woman needs to be medicated. She is by far the rudest woman I've met and doesn't deserve her business to be supported. I truly feel sorry for her and the terrible reputation she has created for herself. Bad case of menapause? Perhaps. But in this economy, I would spend your money elsewhere.
