I believe that my wife already offered a rating and review for Heather Phelps-Lipton concerning her work photographing our wedding in Brooklyn on June 5, 2011, but I am going to add a few comments of my own. Heather did an excellent job. The pictures came out great. I feel like my wedding shots are unique, with a completely professional finish. Heather is easy to work with, and she never got in the way while capturing all the right moments. I'm very happy with the whole experience.

Heather Phelps-Lipton did the photography for my back yard Brooklyn wedding. It was a unique experience with lots of color and happiness and people not comfortable in front of a camera. When I first looked at the results I was speechless. It was as if I was back in my beautiful dress, happy, dancing with my dad, smiling at my husband, visiting my friends, I was watching the event unfold literally anew before my eyes. There was motion, humor, light, joy and delicate honesty. What also astounded me is that Heather seemed to be present at some of the most intimate moments and I never once felt her there. She captured the most secret special moments up close without making anyone feel like they were under a microscope. My advice is use Heather Phelps-Lipton for your most special events, let go, stand back and let her capture the experience with her keen eye for what is most important. You will end up with an unusually present and delightful work of art.
