Landlord is terrible. Takes consent heckling to get a hold of anyone in charge of maintaining the building. Appliances are low end, washing machine and dryer takes 3 hours for one load your better off taking laundry to the laundry mate. Took forever to get security deposit back and only after calling them for weeks. Extremely unprofessional for the price you pay to live there.
