From start to finish, everyone at Cambridge was very easy to work with and very helpful with ideas and suggestions. The installers are professional craftsmen. We are very happy with our new kitchen. I would recommend Cambridge.

We had a kitchen installed by Cambridge Kitchens. The staff was informative and professional from design to installation. From the design specs we knew what our kitchen would look like. They were right on target. The quality of workmanship was to be admired. The installation of the multiple intricate pieces of crown moulding was done in an exceptional manner. We have received many compliments on the workmanship of Cambridge Kitchen's craftsmen. We highly recommend them for the replacement of any kitchen.

I purchased inset cabinetry for my kitchen through Cambridge Kitchens. We love the quality and beauty of the cabinets. Phyllis did a great job on the design. She had such wonderful ideas! Cambridge Kitchens did the installation. They did the rip out, new floor, installed the cabinets, even did the back splash. I can say enough about the workmanship. We really appreciate the professionalism of the entire staff. They made the entire process so smooth. The price for the inset cabinets was the best around. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to redo their kitchen.

I contacted this company through Costco. We had high hopes because we knew Costco sets high standards for all its partners and we expected a professional company that would be prompt and responsive. Sadly that is not the case.
When I first called them to schedule an appointment I was told they are very busy with post Sandy work in the south. I believe the gentleman's name was Gabe and he had a big attitude. He made me feel like I was wasting his time when they clearly had bigger fish to fry. I finally managed to get an appointment with Ben who I believe is the owner of the company. He was actually a very nice gentleman and very professional. Problem is the rest of his staff is not. He made several good suggestions and promised to get back to us with a quote within a week. Two weeks later we still hadn't seen anything. So we called the showroom hoping we could come out for a visit so we could see the cabinets for ourselves. We were told by this same person Gabe that there was no point since they don't have a quote for us and they couldn't really meet with us anyway. We waited a few more weeks and called again since we still had no quote! We finally spoke to Phyllis who promised to get back to us with an answer. She did end up emailing us a hastily put together quote later that day. Clearly they had pushed our project to the bottom of the pile and had done no work on it.
We certainly do not want to do business with a company that treats its potential customers so poorly. We are very disappointed that Costco chooses to do do business with a company that has such poor standards. Our advise is to stay away and find someone better.
