Been attending this church for about 12 years. Great staff and great verse by verse biblical teaching.

Great Church that teaches the Bible. It can seem overwhelming at first due to the size, but is very freindly.

Today is 3/1/15 and I have been part of CCOB for 18 years. I wanted to take time to write about todays service. Pastor Lloyd was away and we had a guest pastor Ed Hindson. For those reading Google testimonials before going to CCOB please let this message serve as a promise. A promise that this is a Bible teaching church centered on salvation and the message of hope, love, mercy, kindness and TRUTH. Ed Hindson delivered a message today that I pray impacted all who attended that way it impacted me.....truthful, honest, direct and the Godly promise of His Word. I am so thankful for CCOB and the blessing church is as long as it stands on the promise of what God set church to be. CCOB is that promise.

Pastor Lloyd is a very humble man. He and Karen are wonderful people committed to the gospel worldwide and the discipleship of believers.

Pastor Lloyd preaches the Bible in an educational style where studying it verse by verse with the focus on finding Jesus in every verse as He said "for they speak of me."

I came to Calvary Chapel after a major break up of a Fundamental Baptist church. It took a lot of adjustment for me, but slowly I realized that we don't have to wear a costume to come to church. We come as we are. I served in churches where you rarely could see people come to the front repentant. At Calvary Chapel this is an expected event which happens Sunday after Sundday. People can debate whether the pulpit is meant to share the gospel or not, while people get saved at Calvary.

No, it's not perfect. But that's because is made up of imperfect people,sinners saved by grace. Amen.
