California Tortilla

Fast and Friendly Service. Food was cold, chicken was tough and the tomatoes weren't ripe enough. Sadly disappointing!! :(

Amazing food and great staff. Very clean. Food tastes fresh and delicious. I used to be a huge chipotle fan but this place is way better. Prices are awesome too. I am a regular. My favorite is the special-dilla with extra mesquite chicken and cheese, AWESOME!

Good fast casual with an extensive hot sauce wall. Great for a quick lunch if you are in the mood for Mexican. Enchilada bowl is a very good.

I got the crunchy BBQ ranch burrito. Was not satisfied at all. The way the food is seasoned here just didn't taste right, and doesn't compare to Chipotle or Moe's. I do say, the queso and chips were good which is the only reason I gave two stars instead of one. Otherwise, not worth It.

Horrible customer service. Subpar food. Never ordering from, eating at, going to this place again!

Placed a family sized order online and their website said that it would take about 30 minutes to be done. Went to go pick it up only to find that the order wasn't ready and on top of this they said that they never even received the order!

We had to speak to four separate employees who each gave us the same blank stare and a lack of any customer service. There wasn't a "Oh, sorry. Our website must've glitched. Let us get your order in right away" or "That's weird. Normally, we don't have any problems with website orders. Can we get started on your order so you don't have to wait any longer?" It was just protest after protest of "Oh. We never received your order."

The four employees we spoke to who seemed included someone who seemed to be the manager (white, brunette, female with tattoos up her forearms) and basically provided the same lack of courtesy and any semblance of hospitality of a supposed neighborhood eatery.

What kind of horrible place is this?

To add insult to injury, one of the idiot employees kept mistaking us for another customer even though we already said that wasn't our name.

To add further insult to injury, another employee who finally gave us our food said "Here's your food. I kept calling your name by the way and you never showed up."

I'm never coming back here again. This place is truly horrible.

Oh, yeah. Once we finally got to eat, the contents of every taco and burrito was devoid of any ample filling resembling meat. It was all rice and beans.

Avoid at all costs.
