Caldwell Flowerland

I live out of town now (grew up in Caldwell) and I count on these folks to see happy bouquets to my Mom and other relatives still in the area. They do BEAUTIFUL creative arrangements with high quality flowers. I am surprised to see the negative reviews of Caldwell Flowerland, because this is my GO TO florist in the Caldwell area. It seems to me that some of the problems arose from using the web site. My suggestion -- just call them. They are capable and snappy on the phone and I have never had a problem. EDIT -- MY MOTHERS DAY FLOWERS WHICH THEY PROMISED TO DELIVERY THE DAY BEFOER MOTHERS DAY NEVER ARRIVED. I ordered them over the phone. We had to follow up to get them -- probably if we hadn't followed up they would have never found the order. No apology, no discount.

I ordered flowers for a wake, which were not delivered. My credit card was charged and I assumed everything was good to go. I got an email on Monday morning saying that my order was refunded. After calling them, they said they aren't open on Sunday (the web site allows you to specify a Sunday delivery). After asking more questions, it turns out the paper in the printer was jammed or something. Very disappointed.

very disappointed. I ordered roses online for my wife for our anniversary. Although i made the order the day before, they did not deliver, and when i called they said they would check and call me right back. No call back. The next day, they still didnt have time to talk to me. I guess online ordering is not something they monitor. Very disapppointed.

My Dad just died, called Flowerland to inquire about sending flowers to my Mom. While gathering my thoughts on the phone whoever answered there basically hustled me off the phone because I didn't speak quickly enough for him. I'll never use this place.

ONE OFTEN COMMENTS ON FLOWERS FOR A WEDDING BUT WHEN YOU HEAR RAVE REVIEWS FOR A FUNERAL---PAY ATTENTION!. I ATTENDED A FUNERAL VEIWING AT THE CALDWELL IPPOLITO FUNERAL HOME. THE LOCATION IS QUITE NICE BUT THE VISUAL IMPACT OF THE DECEASED SURROUNDED IN A BOTANICAL DIPLAY FILLED WITH PLANTS, TREES, ORCHIDS AND ROSES, LACED WITH BLOOMING SPRING BRANCHES WAS SOMETHING I HAVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE--MAGNIFICENT. SINCE VALENTINES DAY WAS BUT DAYS AWAY, THE FLORAL ARTISTS USED A GIGANTIC BARK HEART AS THE CENTERPICE FOR THIS ARRANGEMENT. THE MOST INTERESTING THING WAS THAT THIS TABLEAU WAS RENTED. SINCE THE DECEASED WAS TO BE BURIED IN A MAUSOLEUM, THERE WAS A REQUEST FOR NO FLOWERS AND YET THIS WAS THE MOST ELEGANT FLORAL TRIBUTE IN LIVE, NATURAL AND SILKS THAT I HAVE EVER SEEN. I'LL NEVER FORGET THE DECEASED BECAUSE OF THIS LASTING IMPRESSION
