I honestly don't know how this place stays in business. The baked goods aren't very good, it's often very dirty inside, and there are much better bakeries just a few minutes away in Maplewood.

I spent $12 on a slice of butter cream cake, a yellow cupcake with fudge icing, and 3 sprinkled cookies. I was so excited to get home to eat my cakes! I was totally disappointed at the first bite of my cupcake taste as if it the icing had been frost bitten. I proceeded to eat my butter cream cake which sold at $4.50 only to notice as I put my fork in the cake it felt like I was cutting into cardboard. The cakes must've been sitting there for what Taste like A WHOLE MONTH! Leaving me with only my crunchy cookies that I thankfully was able to sprinkle some water and soften up in the microwave..... Never again! I will go next door to Starbucks for any of my bakery needs!

Very much a home like atmosphere, that has a bakery everyone loves. The food is always fresh and in the morning the smells are great. They have good coffee, lot cheaper than the other guys and the cherry muffins which I like a lot are wonderful; You can select from a wide variety of baked goods. The place also host a number of impromptu meetings as groups of workers from Realtors' to Writers to Community groups tend to meet here at any given time. Has no WIFI so bring your mobile adapter and enjoy your meal.

This bakery has the BEST carrot zucchini muffins. You can get them regular size or as mini muffins. I would always buy a few of the mini muffins before hopping on the train to commute to NYC.
Now I live two towns away and will gladly drive the 15 to 20 minutes to buy those muffins. But beware: get there early as those muffins go FAST!!
The staff is friendly and they know how to handle the morning rush commuter crowd.
