very nice place. owner Nando very friendly to all customers. great food.

We were waiting too long for our food and coffee, I don't blame the waitress, she was obviously overworked, also she confessed to us that she was never paid for the previous week. Only two stars. Don't try to safe money on your staff.

Went there for the fist time and loved the chicken marsala. Second time around ordered the same dish I did not have the same luck. The food is not consistent. Never know what you will get.

I have never posted a restaurant review before. And I have never been as unhappy upon leaving a restaurant as I was when I left Caffe Buon Gusto.

The service was downright offensive. The maitre d' / owner(?) was rude and condescending. He appeared at our table merely to countermand a suggestion by his own wait staff. (The staff, to their credit, repeatedly approached us to apologize.)

The food was deeply ordinarily. My son said that his chicken tasted liked french toast. Go figure. But nothing compares to the service, or plumbs the depths as deeply, as what we experienced at this establishment.

All in all, a profoundly disappointing experience. As long time Heights residents, Caffe Buon Gusto exceeded all of our expectations and to a degree that before this evening I would not have thought possible. Not only did I leave the restaurant hungry, and disappointed by the food, but actually downright angry about having made the mistake of walking in the door.

Save your time, and your money, and stay away from this place!

Really solid Italian food. Their seafood linguine (complete with shrimp, calamari, clams and mussels) is great, and their grilled calamari appetizer is tasty. I've also placed delivery orders for dinners, and the food came intact and a in timely manner. A pleasant surprise!
