Cafe Paris

We were pleasantly surprised with the warmth, dedication and truly delicious food. My wife and I have booked a baby-shower on 5/3/15. Alex, the new chef and owner, has exceeded our expectations with diligence and truly remarkable food. It's a cozy place with nice wait-staff and fun entertainment. I rarely write positive reviews as I'm lazy, but this place deserves to be noted. They are now having jazz music lunches and dinners during normal day hours which is pretty cool.

My sister, who lives in Brighton Beach, Brooklyn, always has her birthday parties here. It is always very excellent. I drive from New Jersey and usually bring friends with me. Everyone loves the variety, freshness, taste, and the amount of the food. One of my friends, who usually goes to a place in Northern NJ that specializes in Russian food, says that the Cafe Paris has food that is far superior. The atmosphere is great, with music and an entertainer. The patrons are usually very lively and friendly, always up on the small dance floor dancing to ethnic music; the DJ also plays all types of music as requested. All the guests mingle while dancing. I've been there so many times, I am even thinking of having my own party there, even though I live in NJ.

Chose this cafe because of the Clean Score (you'd be surprised how many restaurants/cafes on Brighton Beach have rats/roaches! I know I was!) and because of it's small (but not too small), intimate size and tasteful decor. Couldn't be more happy with the decision.
They were very accommodating in that we were allowed to decorate how we wanted, bring in outside food (sushi & cake), as well as alcohol. And the banquet price was very reasonable for the amount of food.
The food was great, everything was fresh and delicious. The service was excellent as well. Everything was presented in a timely manner, but at the same time, our guests didn't feel hurried.
All in all, we had a fantastic time. Very glad we ended up @ Paris.
