i have been renting a condo here since December. The staff is wonderful in this building; however, the management is the worst i've ever had since moving out of my parent's house 23 years ago!
We have had major water leaks for over 6 months and the on site management doesn't seem to care. I have to beg for status updates, and when they do come, the work is done carelessly and they leave a giant mess. They exclusively use a contractor who doesn't tarp furniture and sanded drywall w/o tarping my furniture. This same contractor is hired for all the bldg maintenance/janitorial, snow removal, etc. Interesting...I would never buy in this building. BEWARE
