Caddell Prep

We were very pleased with Caddell Prep and the instruction they provided to help my children prepare for the TACHS Exam, which is the Test For Acceptance to Catholic High School. Both my son and daughter received scholarships at the High Schools that they wanted to attend. The small class size and Glyn's attention to detail were so important in their test preparation. Glyn most importantly improved their test taking strategy and confidence. I highly recommend Cadell Prep!

During my Junior year, my mom and I started to discuss my options in preparing for the SAT. We decided that the best route for me would be the SAT prep class offered by Caddell Prep, because of the affordability and small class sizes that Caddell Prep offers. I took the class with 5 other students, and received very individualized attention. I was never hesitant to ask or answer questions, even when there was the possibility that I was wrong, because I was so comfortable in the environment provided by our teacher. I learned countless tricks to conserve time, manage the hardest questions, and take the test efficiently. My score ultimately increased by 250 points, surpassing my goal. I always recommend Caddell Prep to underclassmen looking for SAT classes!

Caddell Prep has always given my son the extra help he needed to build his confidence and help him succeed in his math classes. Glyn and his staff helped him focus on the math problems, break them down, and really understand the concepts needed to get the answer correct. My son also comes out after a session happy, relaxed, & not frustrated because he learned new techniques to tackle these math problems head on. So, that is what makes me happy. Now, while my wife and I search for the best SAT Prep Course for my son the only answer was Caddell Prep because they offer the one on one sessions (or small group classes) which my son prefers. They will sit with you to make a customized session plan to fit your child's schedule. There are many SAT Courses out there but I truly believe Caddell Prep is the best choice for my son.

During my junior year my mother and I began looking at places that would help me prepare for the SAT because I had a lot of difficulty preparing for it on my own. We eventually agreed that Caddell Prep was the best option because of the convenient private tutoring plan that was offered, which included a free workbook, and the affordability of it. Personally, I really enjoyed the lessons. Glyn explained things in a way that made it very easy to understand. I never got lost and if I had trouble completely understanding something Glyn would help me break it down. He also taught me a lot of important tips to keep in mind while taking the SAT. I learned how to use specific strategies when it came to answering certain types of questions. For example, my trouble spot was the reading section due to the fact that I found it hard to read the passage quickly and pull out the important information; however, by doing what Glyn taught me I was able to improve my reading score by 200 points, which improved my overall SAT score a lot. I believe private tutoring really helped me out a lot because I’m shy when it comes to asking questions in front of a whole class but when it was just me and the tutor I felt completely comfortable asking any question I had, which allowed me to take full advantage of my time with the tutor. Overall, I had a very good experience at Caddell Prep and highly recommend it for students looking for a helpful tutoring center.
