Cablevision Optimum Store

The worst 144$ for 5/5 mbps internet speed / calls / 40+ tv channels with only 1 dvr

when i could not get wifi service ijust called 'em they sent me a new modem&router walked me thru &i was in. i am visiting with a realative & already had wifi forTWC BUT optimum was interfering& i was very unhappy but they fixed my problem.

After lugging my cable box to exchange for HD box I was told I couldn't exchange without I'd. To my surprise they would charge $60.00 to deliver it. Well , Cablevision has a lot of nerve we are being gouged every year with rising fees,etc. I'm disabled and not easy to get around ,but I'll be damned if I give Cable vision another $60.00 on top of already high bills. Thanks for nothing CABLEVISION!!!!!!

The optimum Store is a clean and modern place. Its Always crowded but the line moves at a good pace. The representatives are always nice too.

Cablevions technical support was rude. I have been with Cablevision for more than 20 years. My bill was over $200.00 a month. I could not afford to pay that amount. I then asked for discount to no avail. They threaten to shut cable down supposed to treating me like a valued customer. I called verizon and got a terrific deal. Cablevision then offered a good deal when calling to cancel. I said why didn't you offer this before. I guess they assumed I was bluffing when I initially called. Note: fios is great, tv picture is great and internet speed is better,.faster. It's true what verizon says. Down load and upload speeds are great. Verizon down load of 57 and upload of 72. And my plan is 50/50. With Cablevision down load was good at 25 and upload was 6. At 50/50. Hope my comment would make a difference to us customers. From Lou bx ny.10/9/15
